iPhone 7 Stickers From Foxconn Allegedly Show 32GB As Starting Storage

iPhone 7 Stickers From Foxconn Allegedly Show 32GB As Starting Storage

It’s only a week until we get to see Apple launch the iPhone 7 and the iPhone 7 Plus. The pair has been an active part of the rumor mill. Looking at the countless pieces of information that have surfaced so far, this year’s iPhones won’t make any dramatic changes. Rather, Apple’s approach for 2016 will be a mixture of subtle design and functional upgrades. To that end, some more leaks have surfaced from the far East today. They confirm one particular rumor about the iPhone 7 and the iPhone 7 Plus that should make quite a bit of you happy. Take a look below to find out more.

Apple’s 32GB iPhone 7 Finishes Testing As September Launch Draws Near

Talking about changes for this year’s iPhones, we’re expecting subtle design upgrades. If the rumor mill is taken as fact, then the removal of the 3.5mm earphone jack seems to be set in stone. In addition to this, the antenna bands will feature a significant redesign and we’ve also been hearing about some new color options. For specifications, it’s been the dual camera for the larger iPhone 7 Plus that’s surfaced with regularity.

Now, some more information about the iPhone 7 has come to light. The rumor mill has also been suggesting with regularity that this year we’ll finally get to see base storage upgraded to 32GB, from 16GB. This might come true after all if some alleged leaks from Apple’s primary manufacturing partner in China, Foxconn are taken as fact. Since it’s only a week until the iPhone 7 is launched, testing over at China appears to be finished.

According to the image above, test units of the iPhone 7 have finished their purpose. From some stickers that appear to be from Foxconn, we see that the 32GB iPhone 7 just might turn out to be real. The codename for the iPhone, D10, stands for the iPhone 7 and has surfaced previously as well. As you can see in the image above, it represents a 32GB device. This should be the starting storage for this year’s smartphones from Cupertino.

The iPhone saw its first sales slump since inception this year. Apple’s hard pressed to either provide the device with meaningful upgrades or to launch new devices altogether. Judging by what has surfaced so far, seems like Cupertino’s eager to stall for one more year. It’s the 2017 iPhone which is being rumored to come with major upgrades. The most important of these will be OLED displays. Thoughts? Let us know what you think in the comments section below and stay tuned for the latest.
